The Fitness WODs are a scaled version of the CrossFit WOD. The workout consists of easier, bodyweight movements without any Olympic lifting. These classes take place in our smaller fitness studio, the Loft. Coaching is more intensive as there is a maximum of 8 athletes.

The Fitness WODs are not just for beginners, but for everyone who wants to skip the heavyweights or couldn’t get a spot in an overbooked CrossFit WOD!
